PHYSIOLOGY
Decapod lifeform that lives in an oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere at 5 gravities-standard. Their multiple eyes give them 360 degree vision. Their eyes see only muted color, but extend into the infrared and ultraviolet ranges. Throxtil bodies are heavily muscled, allowing them to be highly agile on their homeworld.

LANGUAGE
Throxtil communicate in a complex series of bass thrummings (some have compared it to Earth whalesong with the treble turned off).
